Ann,

In your updated addendum you ask "Will, or can the CSD claim TPW cost them a bundle and should pay up their share of defending against the dissolution action?"

Surely the answer must be the same as the answer about whether the CSD can expect money back from CCLO for various ways CCLO made them spend money over the last several years.

Does the CSD ... do we ... get to sue CCLO for our increased sewer costs?

Excellent Mr. Shark!

It makes no sense to sue anyone or any group if they have no money. It costs very little to start a suit. A group or individual can lose a fortune in court, but to get payment is another story. One does not go to jail for liable or slander.

If you have nothing, you will pay nothing for your offense and damages to the damaged parties.

There are renters in our community that have made all sorts of undocumented claims and unsupported lies about individuals in our community. They have nothing.

Joey Racano comes to mind.

And, how about everyone's favorite crack-pot, Al Barrow? This horse's ass has not only taken up so much of everyone's time with his nonsense, he has proven himself to be the most unstable person at the podium. AND, that is saying something, considering the crazies that have had their "15 minutes of fame" in front of the AGB cameras.

Al, with his CASE (Citizens Against Simply Everything!) delayed the WWP; and along with Tacker/Swanson with their CCLO kept us from needed (and, at the time, available) grants. THESE people are the ones who should PAY, and PAY BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!

If all these butt-rashes had kept their collective mouths shut, we would have our damned sewer, and at about 1/10 of what is it going to cost us now!!!

To the blogger above:

If you heard Paavo about grant money, there was none. Bush hasn't allowed any to go through, so try again. Try to tell us the recalled board did us a favor. They are the ones who started the project and knowingly put all debts upon us. Keep dreamin'...

Jeeez Anon 5:15....how many times do we have to say this? "We have a plan. We're ready to go. $100.00 per month. We won't lose the SRF loan. We won't get fined. We won't get CDO's." Bankruptcy. The project turned over to the county. CDO hearings. No loans, no money. Lawsuits up the wazzu from people who want money rightfully owned to them. And alas, talk of self-dissolution. Yep, keep dreamin' my friend. Maybe when you wake up and the dream is over you'll admit the nightmare this board has brought upon the property owners of Los Osos.

Are you telling me that the recalled board did not play it's full part in this mess? That they are innocent? Dream the dream of the dreamers, hey?

I know it's a nightmare, but who started that nightmare? You just won't admit it.

Well let's see. The old board were the only group of people who actually got a project off the ground and avoided all the things that now have befallen we property owners because of the actions of this current board. But I'll tell you what. Let's just deal in the present, because there's not a damned thing we can do to change the past. If the county delivers a project out of town for under $200.00 per month...wait...if the county delivers a project anywhere for under $200.00 per month, I'll admit anything you want me to about the prior board, the current board, the solutions group...anyone. And if not, will you admit you've stolen money out of my pocket for the next 20 years or so by supporting the recall and Measure B?

Let me add one caveat, again: If you don't understand the past, as the old saying goes, you're doomed to repeat it. Understanding what happend may help this community ensure that it doesn't happen again -- no phonied up SOCs, no bait and switchy, no ignored EIRs, no "overwhelming community vale," no thumbs on the scale. Everyone has to keep an eye on the process to make sure it works properly -- that's what failed before. We all need to make sure it doesn't fail now.

This is your opinion about phonied up, bait and switchy, ignored EIRs, etc.

How come others did not see this and we ended up with a legally permitted sewer under construction and a low interest loan to fund it? Were all the government agencies wrong and Calhoun correct?

Obviously Calhoun is always correct according to Calhoun. Pretty wrong on this one: Bankruptcy for 41 mil and the county taking over. CDOs!

To blogger above:

Can you breakdown the 41 million? I'd like to see that!

CDO's are a scare tactic to push through what Pandora wants (and the county) and Shirley and everyone else who wants to rid the town of the "riff raff" and the CSD filed for Bankruptcy PROTECTION. Protection, isn't that what Richard and Stan did?

Ms. Calhoun has been 99% correct. Can anyone tell me if Gordon has a friend or relative on the Coastal Commission?

We DID see it, BUT NO ONE LISTENED UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE.
